If you have email that you check regularly, make sure the library has that address in your patron account, and that email is listed as the preferred notification method in your account.

We can email you notices when items you have placed holds on are available.

We can email you reminders that items you have checked out will be due in 48 hours, giving you a chance to return them or, if there aren’t holds on them, the opportunity to renew them. This will help you avoid fines on overdue materials.

Sending email notices rather than paper notices helps save the library the cost of postage.
